The $119 offer covers cleaning of three (3) rooms via truckmount hot-water extraction, including pre-treatment of traffic areas. Additional rooms, stairs, hallways, and specialty services may be quoted separately at the time of service.
The 30-Day Pet Stain & Odor Guarantee applies specifically to pet stains and odors that were treated during your appointment. If a treated pet stain or odor returns within 30 days of the original service, we will return and re-treat the affected area at no additional charge.
Appointment availability is subject to scheduling and location. Same-day service is not guaranteed in all areas and depends on current demand and routing.
